God gave up His only son Jesus to save you. That's how precious you are to Him. So, don't listen to people who are just good at bashing at you. They don't know who you really are. You are God's beloved!

Remember that the devil is the father of lies. He likes to sneak into your thoughts and whisper lies to you. One of his favorites is to tell you that I don’t really love you unconditionally. Satan wants you to believe that you have to be good enough to be loved. If you make one little mistake—if you even think about a sin—then surely I won’t love you anymore.

That is a lie. I love you, no matter what. This world is full of temptations. It’s hard to always resist, and it’s impossible for you to be perfect. I understand that. I walked on this earth, too, and I was exactly your age once.

But be encouraged: I lived a perfect life in this world and then died to wash away your sins. And I rose from the grave to be your Savior. All because I love you—unconditionally. Come close to Me, and I’ll wrap you up in My perfect Love.

Trust Keeps You Safe

Fearing people is a dangerous trap, but trusting the Lord means safety.

Being around other people can be scary. What if you say the wrong thing? What if you wear the wrong clothes? What if you don’t fit in with the in-crowd? What if you trip and fall—right in the middle of the lunchroom?

Some days are like walking through a minefield. One false step and—BOOM! So you spend your whole day trying to do and say just the right things, hoping to please everyone. You even do and say things you know are wrong, just to fit in. By the end of the day, you’re exhausted. And the only thing you’ve earned is the privilege of getting up and doing it all again tomorrow.

Being afraid of what people think is dangerous. And living to please others can get you into big trouble. Live to please Me instead. I will help you make good choices. And I will help you get through the minefield of your day.

Trust Me, and I will keep you safe.

Trust God

You are sick and tired of going through it all alone. 

It seems there's no hope. You are at the end of your rope. 

What to do next?

Look up and give that rope to God. 

He will stretch it for you. 

I say, humans are good at struggling to solve all their problems.-- alone and end up frustrated. 

That's not how it's supposed to be. 

In this mad, fallen world, you can't deal

and fight alone with spiritual and mind problems by solving it trying with your own strength. 

To solve a spiritual or emotional problems

you need a spiritual , emotional stable , all-mighty and powerful to get through all that. 

You need God. 

And what is it that you need to do?

Simple. 

Just talk to God or Jesus about it. 

That's it. No added requirements.
