On SOLID ROCK I stand...
I am going back to Cebu tonight...
Something within me tells me not to worry on the things
that I fear the most. Like seeing my mom's present condition,
money mstters, and I anticipate,there will be a lot more headaches
that would pop in.
As I bravely face all these...slowly I am beginning to see God and Jesus
working in me and inside of me.
Yes!
Fears, worries , problems of all sorts. They come as what they are.
They exist in this mad, fallen world and they will keep on coming till
they squeezed the hell out of you giving you more pain and misery.
And if they win, will deceive you and rob you off from this great life.
I am in that situation. The only difference is that, I now know where I stand.
I stand in a SOLID ROCK...because of Jesus!

Winning The Battle of Our Mind
This message strikes my heart.
Indeed, the very battle that we need to be fighting in this
fallen world is inside in each one of us...our MIND.
When I thought that what is happening to me and my family lately is pulling me down.
It is indeed pulling me down.
The very moment that I confirmed it in my mind and unconsciously in my heart,
that was the time that I lost.
Yes. I may have lost for a moment in this feat.
But this time , I have no worries..
Many a times I fell but Jesus has kept me well telling me that
victory is on its way.

Can God create a rock so heavy, that even He cannot lift it?

I cannot even begin to guess how many times I have heard this question asked.
Someone comes up to you after spending a few hours thinking, and ask you this question. They feel like they have you stumped; after all, in their mind, there is no way you can answer this question.
If you say no, then you are saying there is something God cannot do (create this rock), which means He is not all-powerful.
If you say yes, then you are saying there is something God cannot do (lift this rock), which also means He is not all-powerful.
I love seeing the smug javascript:void(0)look people get after thinking that they stumped you.
In truth, it is their own ignorance that blinds them. You cannot confine an infinite, spiritual God into finite, physical reality. Heck, he created that reality! If he was limited to the universe and reality that we find ourselves in, He wouldn’t be God. Plain and simple.
The question itself is invalid. It’s on the same line as asking “What does blue smell like?”. The color blue does not exist within olfactory perception.
Be aware that a similar problem happened to Jesus during His days here on earth. In Matthew 21, starting at verse 23, we get a story about some chief priests trying to trap Jesus. They came up to Him and asked, “By what authority are you doing these things, and who gave you this authority?”. They knew Jesus had two options: either say “From God”, and be called a blasphemer, or say “From Satan”, and have his reputation and image destroyed (not to mention his life put into danger). Jesus, being God, was a pretty smart guy. He saw straight through their trap, and knew there was no answer to their question. He did not attempt to answer the question, but neatly sidestepped their trap and set up a counter-trap of his own.
The key to this story is just to be aware when someone asks you a question like this. Not ALL questions need to be answered. Many times throughout your walk as a Christian, you will find people who will try to challenge you, perhaps asking you a question that you truly don’t know the answer to. I encourage you to step back, and make sure their question is valid before even thinking about answering it.

Thank God it's Monday!
I used to hate Mondays...
because Mondays for me (at those old times) were just ordinary days to start
a Boredom Episode
...tons of projects to load
...deadlines!
...rush! rush!rush!
...pathetic meetings
...undefeated struggles
...disappointments
In fact, the list is endless and comes in a wide variety of packages
one of which you may call the "Armageddon" of life that would eventually
soon become a dramatic and catastrophic conflict within.
BUT Today! It doesn't mean that way anymore.
Those have come to pass!
Because I am inside the Ark and Jesus is in me!
Thank God with Jesus...everyday is a new day!!

Fill up your tank...
I have found there's a very different quality to my action when it springs
from a sense of abundance as opposed to a feeling of being impoverished.
When I sense I'm not good enough or that I don't have enough,
I feel driven to be better and to have more.
Whatever I do takes effort - there's an element of struggle involved.
And this makes sense because there's no fuel - I'm working on an empty tank.
When I'm feeling abundant, I act out of my own inspiration.
I'm rich and full and so the energy flows naturally.
This action at times feels almost effortless.
It's important to remember that we don't need money to be abundant.
All we need is appreciation of all that we have.
" ...what I focus on in life is what I get.
And if I concentrate on how bad I am or how wrong I am or how inadequate I am,
if I concentrate on what I can't do and how there's not enough time in which to do it,
isn't that what I get every time?

My mama's surgery sched...
It's my mama's surgery tom....7am.
My cousin tells me to pray..
..pray for what?
I prayed for my papa and sister...but nothing happened.
False hopes keep me alive..
I'm in a timezone where I am baffled with questions that I cannot fathom...
...It's all around me, choking me hard till I cry out loud.
A B B A!!!!
..guess I don't know how to pray anymore.
I just hope, by calling on His name will work...if he ever hears me.

Spiritual Warfare!
June 2007
My papa was hospitalised for a month.
Stayed in ICU for 2 weeks which left me a debt of 200k plus.
October 4, 2007
My papa passed away.
I was devastated but somehow Your words has comforted me.
Have let go...and moved on.

Christine, my sister was hospitalised.
November 8, 2007
Christine passed away and joined my papa in heaven.
Inspite of what happened, I was still holding unto you...
believing in your words and promises.
I was lifted up inspite of what happened.
It's true, I was sooo down,depressed and sad but NOT TOTALLY OUT.
You were there for me back then.
Then, I moved on...
though I kinda missed them both.
Now, it's January 12, 2008!
Mama is in the hospital this time for a fractured dyslisis humerous bone(whatever it is)
Her Physical Therapist-- I don't know what's on her f*@#ck up mind that
she did this to my mother!
Mama is disabled and trying to get her physical health back
and now the situation has worsen. Grrr!
How can I bring mama back here in Singapore?
Now, let me talk to you!
WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO TELL ME???
After all the things that I have been doing for you..
Worship you like crazy, spread your words in my own little ways by
creating this blog
and then here goes.
I know it is not enough but hey--I am far better off than
those who worship you inconsistenly ,right?!

You don't exist at all!
I know you have done so well on my health.
Slowly, I feel my strength has come back--believing

God leads me to...
....Options Trading.
January 10, 2008 - Went to a free Option Trading Seminar at Amara Hotel.
9pm--> I love it.
Can have 200% more profits on ROI within few weeks time..
BUT I am a complete newbie on this field. Have never traded a single stock/option ever. No knowledge. I hate numbers, match, calculations, etc.
Definitely,I am on groundzero!
January 11, 2008 -just this morning I signed up at OptionsXpress online trading.
Is God leading me to this? Will find out in no time.
My heart says, I am into it. You can just work at home after your daytime job targeting the US Market wherever you are and that's it. Spend at least 1-3 hrs online maybe.No need to monitor the market everyday like the stock market traders do.
I like Option Trading in terms of:
1. Leverage – Higher returns and lower cash outlay. Stock trading is expensive. In order to buy 100 shares of XYZ stock at $100 per share, you’ll need $10,000. Although this might not seem like a huge amount of money to some people, $10,000 might be a big sum for new traders. If XYZ moved up five points, you would make 5% on your money. With options, you can control or participate in the movement of a stock for a lot less money and earn a higher rate of return. If instead of buying the stock, you purchased an XYZ January 100 call, which gives you the right to buy 100 shares of XYZ stock at $100 on or before the January expiration date, you would have made over 250%!!! Now that’s leverage!
2. Flexibility/versatility – With stock, traders can be either bullish or bearish. With options, traders can be bullish, bearish or neutral. Options can be used by themselves or in conjunction with stock. Options can also be used in combination with other options to create many different risk/reward scenarios.
3. Predetermined risks – For option buyers, the most you can ever lose is the amount paid for the option. You know in advance how much you can lose.
First to do my own school work. I need to self-study. Get familiarise with the terms,,jargons, ins and outs, etc...Will do this tonight.
It's promising indeed!

I remember going through a terrible time of depression when I was 18 years old. Believing that I was demon-possessed, I sought out a great man of God to have him cast the devil out of me. But when this man of God laid hands on me, he began to prophesy over me. He said, “Joe, I see you preaching to thousands, and used by God to impact thousands of lives. Joe, you are called by God and the devil is attempting to stop you.”
“What? I came here for deliverance! I am only interested in saving my own life, not preaching nor impacting lives,” I thought to myself.
You see, what happened was that at that moment, God allowed this man to step into the timeless zone He exists in to bring my future before me. As far as God was concerned, my future had already happened, though I was only 18 years old then. Today, I am a pastor of a church which has a membership of more than 15,000. Today, I am seeing what was told to me long ago.
The fact is that God does not see as we see. Abraham was a childless 100-year-old man and his wife, Sarah, at 90 years old, was doubly dead in her womb. (Genesis 17:17) Yet, God saw him and talked to him as if he were already the father of many nations.
And God wants us to see the way He sees. We are bound by time and that can limit our vision. Right now, you may see yourself going through a trial in your marriage, work, finances or health. But God sees a blessed marriage, a great success at work, supernatural increase in wealth and a healed body because He tells you that you are blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.
You see, God sees you in Christ. So when you see yourself in Christ, who is outside time, you step into the timeless zone. And in that timeless zone in Christ, whatever needs and trials of yours are already removed, repaired, restored or resurrected! In that timeless zone in Christ, you are blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places!

When Jesus walked on earth, He had no bank account or visa card. Yet, He was rich, lacking nothing. He had whatever He needed for Himself as well as for the people around Him. When they needed healing, He provided it. (Matthew 12:15) When they needed food, He provided it. (Matthew 14:13–21) As long as they had Him, they had whatever they needed.
Likewise, when you have Jesus, you have an anointing within that makes you rich, even though in the natural, when you look at your finances, there is not much. God Himself has promised that He will command the blessing on you in your storehouses. Notice that He said “storehouses”. This means that He will command the blessing on your bank accounts, investment plans and everywhere that you put your money! Your storehouses will be blessed because when God commands the blessing, the blessing has no choice but to come on your storehouses!
We saw this happen to one of our church’s storehouses — our investment in Marine Cove, an open-air seaside shopping-cum-dining-cum-leisure resort complex. We invested in the place because we wanted to multiply the Lord’s money. We did not want to leave the money in the bank because the interest rate then was less than one per cent. We prayed about it and the Lord led us to Marine Cove.
And since day one, we have been making money from that investment! In fact, in one particular year, our highest return was 11 per cent nett! When SARS hit Singapore in 2003, people were avoiding the air-conditioned malls and coming to Marine Cove. The place was packed. Only God could have known how things would turn out. We even made money from the parking charges! That was how much the Lord was multiplying His money through our investment.
Beloved, just believe God when He says that He will command His blessing on you in your storehouses. Get ready your storehouses and make room for the blessings. Position yourself to capitalise on the opportunities that He is sending your way!

So early in the morning..some people are stressing me here and there..left and right..my family..my friend..and my loved One!
Like a wild storm at 170mph raging at me so hard that I just wana let go and be blown by it.
Yes. It's a FACT!!
These forces are inevitable part of being human. ..part of this mad and fallen world.
But hey! I got a secret..sshhh!
My secret? Read more.
Well...
I am just sooooo glad Jesus is with me and IN ME right now...
....if not I would've gone wild and wilder than you could ever think of!!!
( see how I use the exclamation points? That's a sign that somewhere around me
is about to be blown off!!!!!)
I feel like I'm being sucked deep down...pulling every part of me ..part of my being till I couldn't breathe.. cuffs!
How my mind plays tricks on me is so pathetic! Just sucks!
I know these random and stressful thoughts that I have in me is but temporary...
....and it shall come to pass because I have the mind of Jesus..
Jesus has taught me on how to deal with all of these stuffs and this is just one part of the session.
It's strange...
...the feeling of stress
...bitterness
...sorrow has shaken my external peace but somehow..
I feel that I am not part of these feelings at all...
Just amazing!
Thank you Jesus!
With you I can conquer the world!

Give God's Word Priority And See Good Success
Joshua 1:8
8This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
In life there is good success and bad success. Bad success is the kind of success which robs you of time with your family, friends and church, and destroys your health and relationships. Good success, on the other hand, prospers you in every area of your life.
Now, God wants you to enjoy good success and the key to this lies in what God told Joshua when he took over the reins after the death of his leader Moses — “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.” Spending time daily in God’s Word will give you godly wisdom which will make your way prosperous and give you good success.
“Pastor, you make it sound so simple — all I need to do is spend time in God’s Word?”
Well, just look at how Joshua’s life turned out in the end. When Joshua died, “they buried him within the border of his inheritance at Timnath Serah, which is in the mountains of Ephraim, on the north side of Mount Gaash”. (Joshua 24:30) Joshua had a whole mountain for his inheritance! He was prosperous and successful!
It was also said that Israel served the Lord, not idols or other gods, all the days of Joshua’s life. (Joshua 24:31) This means that while Joshua was around, people were impacted for God’s glory.
And at the end of his life, a fulfilled Joshua had this to say, “But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” (Joshua 24:15) Having your family with you, loving God and serving Him, is the most important success and greatest prosperity that you can ever have.
Beloved, when God’s Word takes priority in your daily life, you will not only have a blessed bank account, but also a blessed ministry, family and life!
