Your Amazing Mind

This is so true. As a Christian,
The way your mind thinks will be your worst enemy.
Been there. Done that.

Lately, I am so caught up of thinking and worrying alot of stuff.

Thinking of how my future looks like now that I am temporarily alone in this world.

But I shaked my head off and switch my thoughts to Jesus.

Praising Him in my mind.

Praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord!

That's how I do it. And I'm gonna make it a habit.
I am free to choose what to feed on my mind. I shall feed it with Jesus's words and promises.

It is healthier that way!

Because Jesus keeps reminding us always to "NOT TO WORRY!"

Your Amazing Mind

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
—Genesis 1:27

I created you in My own image. You are the best of My creation. I gave you a mind that is capable of amazing, creative thoughts. And I risked everything by giving you the freedom to think for yourself. Your wonderful human mind makes you totally different from animals and robots.

I could have created you so that you had to always love Me and seek Me. But I wanted you to use your mind to choose loving and seeking Me.

Your mind is amazing. It can imagine, it can dream, and it can also rebel. Bring your mind and thoughts to Me. Let Me take away the anger, the doubts, the rebellion—and give you Love, Faith, and Peace.

Totally Dependent on Jesus

You see, I'm no smart.
I don't know how to handle my finances well to invest on something just like the others are doing.
I'm no fast.

Now, my only Hope is in Jesus' unmerited favour and blessings towards me.

Let it come down Lord!

Please I receive it.

Pour down Your unmerited blessings and favour on me while I'm here in Singapore!

So I can live to be a blessing to others who feels the same way too.

You see, if you think you are weak,
let Jesus be your strength.

He loves it.

Keep doing that until it becomes a habit.

Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

When Moses and the Israelites were wandering in the desert, they were given manna to eat. Each morning they gathered just enough for that day. They could not store it for the future. This day-by-day gathering helped them remember that they needed Me—every day.

My Peace works in much the same way. When you come to Me in prayer with a thankful heart, I give you enough Peace for today. I will not give you enough for tomorrow—only today. That is because I want you to come to Me again tomorrow—and each day after that.

If I gave you enough Peace to last your whole life, you might fall into the trap of thinking you didn’t need Me. I designed you to need Me every minute. So come to Me every day with a thankful attitude, knowing that I will give you Peace for today.
