Some Christians don't go for this Pastor Joel Osteen because they say he is a prosperity gospel preacher.
In my thoughts and heart I'm wondering. What if I didn't know the truth that God actually wants to prosper me when He clearly said that in the Bible. God must be heartbroken right now for His words had become void.
In one of my fave verses Jeremiah 29:11 it says,
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
I say wow in this verse!
Deep inside I want to jump for joy and thank God for this verse. In this verse my hope is ALIVE!
But then , it's so sad. There are still alot of "unbelieving" believers question God's capacity to bless and prosper them. 😞😞😞😔
I don't know how they are able to live from day to day while wearing the badge "Hey I'm a Christian."
I am a Christian.
And my life revolves around my hope in God. That God and Jesus are taking care of me. In your eyes, you might not be able to see it yet but I still rest in His glory...
I declare
"God is my Father.
God is my Provider. ( Psalm 23)
God is my Blesser.
God is my Protector. (Psalm 91)
God is my Healer. (Isaiah 53:4)"
What else do you want to know?
Just look it up in the Bible and you'll know.
As for me, I shall keep on believing that God will keep on blessing me so I can be a blessing to others too!

I was sexually, mentally, emotionally and verbally abused by my grandfather as far back as I can remember. He did many terrible things, some of which are too distasteful for me to talk about publicly. I want to share my testimony, because so many people have been hurt, and they need to realize that someone has made it through their struggles so they can have hope. More than anything, I want you to know and really understand that anyone who has been abused can fully recover if they will give their life completely to the Lord...It may seem impossible, but God's truth has set me free from a life of pretense and lies and has restored my soul. I am living proof that nothing is too hard for God. No matter what you've been through or how bad you've been hurt, there is hope!
