I am a dog lover too. And I hate dog-abused in any form.
I hate those monsters or insane people who love to do it for fun !
Everyday on Facebook,
There are numerous animal-abused newsfeeds, petitions and so-on.
It never seems to stop even if social media is so vigilant about it.
I prayed many times to Abba to stop all these!
I prayed like,
" Abba, Father please punish all these bad people who are abusing your creation. They are heartless."
But as I prayed like this with anger and hate in my heart.
Nothing seems changed.
The more I see abused dog here and there popped out on my facebook. 😡
It made me even depressed for a little while losing the peace in my heart.
I stopped facebooking for months.
Didn't even want to check on my profile.
Took a deep breath. And asked God for wisdom instead in how to deal this situation.
I prayed like this,
"Abba, maybe for now I couldn't understand these people who are hurting your beautiful creation,
but please give me wisdom in all these. And lead me to the best thing that I could do."
And then He replied through this
verse, John 16:33
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
