- physical and POWER-ORIENTED,
like making our stand and being more courageous.

- emotional and LOVE-ORIENTED,
like expressing and receiving love, compassion and nurturing others.

- mental and INTELLECT-ORIENTED,
like developing our minds and creating new things and processes.
