The Power of Psalm23

Got this from our Grace Grace Facebook group.
Posted by our sis Lynn Hannah.

It is so powerful I have read it many times and I shall read it again and again and again embracing the promises of our Abba,Father.

Today, I just resigned from my dream job.
I have prayed for this decision alot of times and I think this is it.

Apologies but I don't want to talk about why I resigned.

You see, in this world, there will always be disappointments and redirections.
Sometimes, you need to accept that or always have an open mind to everything
that's happening to you.

But in the midst of it all....DO NOT FORGET to ALWAYS TRUST GOD's promises to you.
He is your only hope.

Am I scared to be out of job now?

I say NO!

For I have come to believe that God is on my side and He is an abundant God.

In fact right now, He is turning things around for my own good.

Because I am His beloved.

He will also do the same thing to you.

I don't know what your situation is, but let me assure you...

He will never leave or forsake you.

He is always on time because He loves you so.

Okay. Enough on that for now.

This is the main bread.

Absorb and embrace of it.

I love it when the scripture says,

You prepare a table before me
In the presence of my enemies
You anoint my head with oil
My cup overflows.

In our daily life, will we face challenges from the enemy? Yes, no doubt about that.
But psalmist David knew despite the enemies that he faced right at the smack of his face, God is his help.
Even when we are challenged, know the Lord is with you. That is what is mentioned prior this verse. Fear no evil it says. Fear not, for the Lord our God is with us.
In the midst of difficulties, God wants our eyes to be on Him and see that even in the presence of our enemies, our cup still overflows.
Not just overflow but the Lord is throwing feast because it says "You prepare a table before me...".
Seems like God wants us to celebrate even at times of challenges.
Eyes off Christ - you sees crisis.
Eyes on Christ - you see clarity.
And when you sees clearly what the Lord has lead you out of, you will know surely goodness and mercy will follow you till all the days of our life.
We will dwell in the house of the Lord forever and ever....

Conclusion - we are always on the winning ground with Christ.

Prayer for beloved :
Worry not, fret not. The Lord knows what you need even before you asked of Him. He made you He knew you even before you were born. Cast all your cares upon Him for He cares for you. He is mighty to save and He is well able to do so. Believe, only just believe He will come and save you. Amen!

Blessed night! Laila tov!
