The world around you is a mess. Crime, wars, drugs—there’s bad news every time you turn on the television. And sometimes that mess invades your day. A friend betrays you, something is stolen out of your locker, or someone you know is hurt. But what is happening around you doesn’t have to shake you up.

Trust Me—even in the midst of a messy day. When you start to feel stressed, stop focusing on the problems. Instead, reach out to Me. Let Me show you things from My point of view. Remember that My Peace—the Peace that I give you—isn’t affected by the mess of this world.

Don’t be afraid and don’t be troubled. Seek My Face, and I will lift you up above the mess.

This world is obsessed with action. Action heroes, action movies, action adventures. You have to be busy. You have to be on the go—all the time. There is no time to just sit and be still. At least, that’s what the world tells you.

But when you come to Me, you are not just sitting and being still. You are doing the most important thing of all—letting Me be Lord of your life. As you spend time with Me, My blessings flow over you like streams of living water. I give you blessings of Peace, Love—and the sheer Joy of being in My Presence.

I—your Lord and God—am also blessed by our time together. So bring Me the gift of your time.

Woow! Just right in time. Been asking alot of questions lately of what's happening to our world.  Jesus always has the answer!

You want to understand everything. Why the sky is blue, how your mind works, why bad things happen, and why boys and girls act the way they do. You think if you can understand the whys and hows of things, you can control them—and then you’ll have peace. But the problem is that as soon as you figure out one set of things, another set pops up for you to figure out. If you count on your own understanding to give you peace, then you will never really be peaceful.

Instead of searching for the whys and hows, search forMe. My Presence and My Peace go together, so when you find Me you also find My Peace.

Put your faith in Me, not in your ability to figure everything out. Besides, I already have everything all figured out.
