He Said, So I Say – Declaring the Promises of Jesus Over Fear and Worry

There are many voices speaking into our lives every day.

Fear.
Worry.
Regret.
Shame.
Doubt.

Sometimes those voices become so loud that we forget there is a voice greater than all of them.

The voice of Jesus.

In the Bible, Jesus spoke words that still bring peace, direction, and hope to our lives today. When our emotions feel overwhelming, we can return to His promises and declare them over our situation.

Because what Jesus says is stronger than what we feel.

When We Are Tired

Jesus said:

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28

Many people today carry heavy burdens — work stress, financial struggles, relationship problems, and anxiety about the future.

But Jesus invites us to come to Him and receive rest for our souls.

When We Feel Lost

Jesus reminds us:

“I am the way and the truth and the life.”
— John 14:6

When life feels confusing and uncertain, we do not have to figure everything out on our own. Jesus Himself becomes the way forward.

When We Feel Forgotten

God says:

“See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands.”
— Isaiah 49:16

Even when we feel invisible or forgotten, God reminds us that we are deeply known and remembered by Him.

When Fear Speaks

Jesus told His disciples during a storm:

“Peace! Be still!”
— Mark 4:39

The same Jesus who calmed the storm can also calm the storms inside our hearts.

Declaring What Jesus Said

When fear speaks, we answer with truth.

When worry grows, we speak His promises.

When doubt rises, we return to His Word.

So we say:

Jesus, You are with me right now.
Your word is louder than my worry.
Your promise is stronger than my past.

He said it.
So I say it.

Final Encouragement

If you are feeling overwhelmed today, remember this:

Jesus has not forgotten you.
His promises still stand.
His voice is still speaking peace.

Let His words be louder than your fear.
